A Heat Recovery Unit less than 70% efficient does not meet UK Building Regulations as a heat recovery unit with an efficiency level under 70% is simply not going to give back the benefits you have invested.

The BRE (Building Research Establishment) independently test heat recovery units and publish results (Appendix SAP Q) for you to see. The tests are carried out in real situations and are independent.
Here we are offering one of the most efficient Heat Recovery Units on the market.
How does it work?
A heat recovery ventilation unit is mounted in your loft and ducted to outside to intake and extract air outlets.
Extract grilles are fitted in your kitchen and wet rooms and ducted to the heat recovery unit.
Supply air grilles are fitted in your habitable rooms; living rooms and bedrooms.
Each wet room is fitted with an extract valve, and each habitable room with a supply grille.
Within the heat recovery unit, heat from the extracted dirty, moist air is transferred to the supply air and pumped back into your house.
Warranty 
Unit comes with a 5 year warranty however please make sure this is fitted by qualified installer and all is fitted as per the instructions (some items may need to be purchased seperatly) all information maybe asked for in the instance of a claim.
